Biofuels are a much better option than fosil fuels, but it's still not good, and we can do much better.For example:
Sugar is bad, artificial sweeteners are much better but they are also very bad too. Although Biofuels are improving, it doesn't make it good enough. Foolish!

OK now cars consume 25% of our corn crop. This in the form of ethanol made from corn. Hey, I'm gonna hafta take my car to an AA meeting. It's addicted to the great taste of corn.

While I'm not an expert on the subject, burning any fuel produces CO2. I wouldn't expect biofuel usage to make any positive impact on the cumulative CO2 emissions. This combined with the huge land area required makes me think that we should keep looking if we want to ween our dependency on fossil fuels.

The oil companies are taking advantage of hard working people, like you and myself.
We have a oppurtunity to break free from the hands that control us and be apart of something that will benifit the rest of humanity.
I urge all of you to research biofuels more before passing judgment on something that can not only be the energy source of the future, but a by product food source as well.
I completely support it, for the sake of our planet! Go biofuel.

Biofuels may sound strange why this Bio had been to this fuel also but even after introducing unleaded petrol many problems like Globalwarming.,health issues increasing and dam waste products are increasing like anything,,As a 3R practise Reduce.,Reuse.,Recycle and overcome bags of problem let it sound friedly Our Biofuel,,..///

bio fuel is an excellent energy source. it is absolutely free from pollution because tree takes its co2 from atmosphere at the time of photosynthesis and the same stored quantity of co2 is drawn in the atmosphere in the combustion of bio fuel.thats y there is no chance for co2 increment in the atmosphere...
if its done right. the alternative is much much worse.
Bio fuels are a renewable resource. Using fossil fuels is stupid because: 1. We are dependent upon terrorist countries like Iran 2. It's gonna run out one day, why not be ahead of the game and be prepared NOW 3. Fossil fuels when used produce harmful byproducts that hurt the environment. Choose wisely people... Bio fuels all the way.
